Our Story
How Bhamasha Trust began
Bhamasha Trust was born from a simple observation: while restaurants, dairies, bakeries, and hotels generate significant amounts of surplus food daily, orphanages, animal shelters, and communities struggle with food security. We saw an opportunity to bridge this gap—turning what was considered waste into life-sustaining resources.
Founded in Ahmedabad, we started with a vision to ensure that no surplus food goes to waste when it can feed someone in need, support animal welfare, or enrich the soil. What began as a local initiative has grown into a trusted partner for food businesses and CSR teams across the region.
Our on-ground experience has taught us that trust and transparency are everything. We've built our operations on the principle that every partner—whether a restaurant owner or a CSR director—deserves to see exactly how their contribution creates impact. That's why we provide geo-tagged proof, video updates, and detailed utilization reports.
Today, we work with a growing network of food businesses and CSR partners to create measurable social impact. But we remain grounded in our core values: compassion for all living beings, transparency in all operations, and a commitment to creating real, tangible change in our communities.
